*****2023 Registrations will only be done ONLINE***** REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNLESS PAYMENT IS RECIEVED. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED AS DIVISIONS WILL BE LIMITED TO SPECIFIC NUMBERS. ONCE A DIVISION IS FULL YOU WILL SEE A "WAITLIST" BESIDE THE DIVISION, If you see a waitlist beside your division reach out to the specific convener to be added to a waitlist. Most divisions last year were full by the end of February so register early
In addition Birth Certificates may be requested at any time to prove age of child.**
Players must provide their own glove in all divisions.
Players in all divisions must provide their own Batting Helmet. In Girls Fastball a Face mask is required.
Players in 18U Baseball will have to provide their own Wood, Bamboo or Composite bat for 2023 as Aluminum bats are no longer allowed.
New this year....... Players in 9U Co-ed and 11U-18U Boys who already have grey pants or Girls in U13-U21 who already have Black pants can opt out of ordering pants and saving $20 on their registration by clicking on the "DO NOT ORDER PANTS" under the payment tab when filling in the form.

****Online Registration****
There may be circumstances where you need to register outside of your age group(ie: 5U, 7U, or a Girl who would like to play Baseball and not Fastball into mosquito and beyond, in these circumstances you must clear it with the division convener listed under the "About Us" section of website for approval before contacting our registrar to be inputted ONLINE. Priority will be given to kids that our the correct birth year first, if room allows then we can handle the requests at that point. Playing out of your birth year is not allowed from U11 and up for Girls and 11U and up for Boys. If you for some reason or another you cannot register ONLINE please contact our President Shaun at [email protected]
****Refund Policy****
IF THE SEASON IS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF COVID AND/OR GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN BEFORE THE SEASON STARTS WE WILL ISSUE A 100% REFUND. IF THE SEASON IS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF COVID AND/OR GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN AFTER THE SEASON HAS STARTED (ie. Uniforms ordered) WE WILL ISSUE A PRO-RATED REFUND MINUS COSTS INCURRED such as uniforms, umpire and league costs. We are a youth sports organization and only charge what is needed to cover our costs to provide the program. No one is paid and everyone including the Board of Directors are volunteers.
Outside of COVID Related Reasons the following will apply:
Players withdrawing from the program before March 31st will be charged an administration fee of $25 to cover BOMBA
costs.
Players withdrawing between April 1st and May 15th will be refunded 50% of registration paid minus the Admin Fee.
(ie 13U player $265 - 50% - $25 = $107.50 refund)
Players withdrawing after May 15th will have no refunds issued.

KidSport™
KidSport™ is a grass roots Canadian non-profit organization that provides support to under-resourced children and youth 18 years of age and under in London by removing financial barriers that prevent them from playing organized sport.
KidSport is a not-for-profit organization that provides financial assistance to kids aged 18 and under through a confidential application process to play a season of sport. The KidSport London chapter is delivered by the London Sports Council.
