GFC Update May 21
Great start to the season!! the boys are playing great - swinging the bats, pitching the ball over the plaste and having a ton of fun.
They seem to have landed on the team name the Golden Funky Chickens (or GFC) and Trent introduced the team cheer "Yes Ma'am!" last night. Luckily its not too much of a stretch for the coaches to share the humour of 9-11 year old boys given our maturity level!
Practice Sunday May 24 at 3pm and should go until around 4pm. We'll continue to work on fundamental skills and decision making during game play.
