Tincap Coaching applications now OPEN
Submitted By webmaster on Wednesday, August 7, 2019
Coach recruitment for 2020 is now underway, and we are looking forward to an exciting season.

We welcome applications from coaches at all levels of their career as we strive to work with each of our coaches to continually develop and become amazing leaders for our young athletes. The deadline for applications is September 5th, 2019.  The Coaching Selection committee will interview and name a Head Coach, who will have choice, with Tincaps' input, into selecting assistant coaches.

Interviews will take place between September 6th to 13th. Head Coaches should be prepared to run an indoor winter training program starting in late January and is committed through to the provincial championships in early September.  Interested candidates should complete the coaching application form below.

About Coaching With The Tincaps

Our athletes' welfare is at the center of our every decision as an organization, and we ask that all coaches follow a "player first" approach. We do not place winning as the most important element of the game, but rather the overall skill development of all of our athletes. We desire to have every athlete feel valued throughout the season, and we know that the team staff, led by the coaches, play the most pivotal role in accomplishing this.

It is our ultimate goal that every athlete that dons a Tincap's jersey believes baseball should, and can be, a positive part of their life so they will want to play not only throughout minor baseball, but throughout their adult life. This can only be accomplished by having minor baseball coaches that create a positive environment and allow athletes the opportunity to be challenged. If you are someone who can help us achieve this goal, we want to hear from you!
