Harvey Bailie Memorial Field (Formerly D#3)
Harvey Bailie began coaching in Byron which led to 4 OBA Championships and 11 League Championships. A founding member of the Byron Sports Complex.
He served as President of Byron Baseball, the London and District Baseball Association for more than 20years. He was President of Baseball Ontario in 1981-1982 and a Baseball Canada Vice President. He represented Baseball Canada at several international events including the 1988 Olympic games in Seoul. Harvey Bailie was inducted into the Baseball Ontario Hall of Fame on November 19th 2022.
We honour Harvey & his contributions to baseball across Ontario and Canada.
